The company offers the latest technology solution for cleaning Solar Photovoltaic Plants. Conercon’s solar cleaner F3500 Telescopic machine is equipped with the latest technology to ensure the best possible cleaning of solar photovoltaic plants.
Our machine is equipped with smart automatic control via sensors placed on the brush body which acting directly on the machine’s controls and guarantee a constant distance of the brush from the panels preventing any risk of damaging them.
It can operate both in desert environments and in traditional environments, with wet cleaning systems as well as dry cleaning systems. The machine is equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure pumps and a water softening system for water treatment regeneration during the work phase.
Our cleaning machine can operate thoroughly at any time of the day as it is equipped with a heat recovery system developed by the hydraulic circuit to overheat the water and avoid thermal shock on the panels, thus protecting the solar panels’ glass from cracking.
Our experienced personnel can clean a solar photovoltaic plant of up to 1.5MW, depending on the gravel surface, with our latest technology machine within a day. The water consumption is adjustable with various settings that allow the operator to choose the most suitable quantity according to the environmental conditions.
We recommend scheduling cleaning of solar panels three times annually (depending how dirty they are) for best performance: at the begging of May, July and September.
It is worth mentioning that cleaning the solar panels can increase productivity up to 8% - 10%.
